I was introduced to the benefits of a plant-based diet within years of being diagnosed with Crohn's disease. After a few surgeries and countless cocktails of medications, I never used to have appetite, I was losing weight and had constant abdominal cramps until a healthy plant-based diet changed my way of living.
As of today I have been two years without any medical treatment and my illness has subsided thanks to a healthy plant-based diet.
So I wanted to share this with everyone! and the idea that other people with health problems or illnesses could benefit from a plant-based diet in the same way as me inspired me to start a blog about plant-based eating and sustainability in 2018. I created a community interested about eating a healthy plant-based diet without processed foods and cooking from scratch all kinds of recipes with healthy, tasty and sustainable foods.
As a chef and nutritionist I am committed to a lifestyle of eating food cooked with our hands from scratch with the goal of improving our health through food. I love cooking with plants and eating healthy and while I was working on my blog I became absolutely obsessed with creating a vegan cheese that was made with quality natural ingredients, because vegan cheese can be healthy and delicious!
All cheases are handmade in small batches following the ancient cheese tradition but with all the benefits of plants and probiotics. They are vegan raw foods and a great source of protein as well as probiotics that help balance our body's friendly bacteria.
